Overview
Parallel U (“we”, “us”) provides an AI-powered life-simulation experience. We collect only what we need to operate the product, keep journeys private by default, and give you controls to delete journeys and your account.
Information we process
- Account details such as email address and display name
- Journey inputs you submit (situation, decision, goals, constraints)
- Optional photographs you upload for future-portrait generation
- Generated timelines, letters, portraits and share settings
- Billing identifiers and entitlement records via Stripe
- Technical logs needed for security, reliability and abuse prevention
How we use information
- To authenticate you and save your journeys
- To generate illustrative simulations and optional portraits
- To process payments and maintain a credit ledger
- To send transactional emails about generation and account events
- To secure the service and investigate abuse
We do not sell a person’s private journey content. Marketing messages are sent only with separate consent where required.
Photos
Photos are private. They are not made public. Public links include portraits only when you explicitly allow it. Uploaded source photos may be deleted on a retention schedule after generation, and you can delete them sooner from settings.
Sharing
Public links are created only by you. You choose the share scope and what to hide. You can revoke a link at any time.

- Manage marketing and analytics consent where applicable
